1. All forms must be completely typed, and spellings as per civil ID

2. All official forms must be updated

3. Husband must not have any case against him

2. Transfer form - Signed by old and new sponsor

3. NOC

4. Original and copies of husband and wife:

* Passport
* Civil ID
* Marriage affidavit - Updated
* Itima Towkiya - Copy only
* Shoon paper

1. Submit all documents to the immigration dept, as per your civil ID address

2. Immigration dept will issue No Objection Certificate (lamana)

3. Go to labor dept (shoon) of company with/without mandoop. For project visa, you have to go to Govt Projects Dept, Dajeej and not to your company shoon. Wife has to sign that she received settlement, and no dues pending. They will issue a pink paper (cancelation)

4. Go to insurance office, with pink paper

5. Go to immigration dept, with pink paper. See guidelines on Article 22

6. After transfer, submit to company:

* Original pink paper
* Passport copy

i have doubt ... regarding visa ,my visa number is 18.
may i know the rules and formalities for that visa to get release from my current project .
and that visa valid till may of 2018 ....
can i get release from my company or not ...

please let me now

(17-18) Converting from government to work:
1. Converting request.
2. Acceptance letter for the conversion from the governmental place.
3. Passport + Copy of it.
4. The agreement of the new sponsor (kafeel) and a copy of it.
5. A signed contract between sponsor (kafeel) and the worker.
6. A certificate for salary transfer issued from the office of Work Inspection.
7. A statistical declare for the file and the license from the reception department.
8. A photocopy for the ID/Employment ID of presenter of the request.
9. The original ID of the delegate/representative + a photocopy of it.
(22-18) Converting from adjoined to work:
1. Conversion request.
2. The original ID of the previous sponsor and a copy of it.
3. A letter of ceding/disclaim from the previous sponsor.
4. The original passport of the worker and a photocopy of it.
5. A photocopy of the worker’s ID.
6. The agreement of the new sponsor (kafeel) and a copy of it.
7. A signed contract between sponsor (kafeel) and the worker.
8. A certificate for salary transfer issued from the office of Work Inspection.
9. A statistical declare for the file and the license from the reception department.
10. A photocopy for the ID/Employment ID of presenter of the request.
11. The original ID of the delegate/representative + a photocopy of it.
(18-22) Converting from work to adjoined:
1. Conversion request.
2. Photocopy of the ex-sponsor agreement.
3. The green or white work permit, if any.
4. Worker’s passport + photocopy.
5. Photocopy of the new sponsor’s ID.
6. Agreement letter for the original conversion from the ministry of Interior.
7. Bringing the worker to sign a letter of receiving his/her dues in the administration of
“work disputes”.
8. Photocopy of ID/Employee ID of the presenter of the request.
9. The original ID of the delegate/representative + a photocopy of it.

(18-17) Conversion from Work to Governmental:
1. Conversion request.
2. Photocopy of the ex-sponsor agreement.
3. The green or white work permit, if any.
4. Worker’s passport + photocopy.

5. A letter of agreement for the original conversion from the governmental party + the
signature of the director/in charge personnel in the governmental party on the request.
6. Bringing the worker to sign a letter of receiving his/her dues in the administration of
“work disputes”.
7. Photocopy of ID/Employee ID of the presenter of the request.
8. The original ID of the delegate/representative + a photocopy of it.
