Price is OK if the vehicle is in good condition.
More than the kilometres run or the model, check the car for its history- how many previous owners, was the vehicle used for transportation or family, any major accidents, work done on engine/suspension/transmission, etc.
Get it checked by a mechanic on Canada Dry Street (there are many Mitsubishi specialists). If all is ok, try you luck negotiating a bit if you can.
I personally do not like Mitsubishi's but its just a personal opinion.
If you like it and its in your budget, listen to no one :D

KD.1800/- is not worth as its much more than what it actually should be, better leave it!
