MOHE Process delay

posted by Eqs

I work in a special need school and am a physiotherapist by profession. In order to get the MOH licence renewed, we were asked to do the equivalence of our higher and lower education documents. The lower is done, where as for higher it was submitted to university and the equivalence also was sent back to Ministry of higher education. They said its come but will not give us a copy and said go to the ministry. They don't have any clue where and whom to meet in ministry? Anyone working in the private sector has got the equivalency completed, Please advise the next step. Would really appreciate it. Please note this document is mandatory for MOH licence renewal and thereby residence renewal.
