1-Process Operator with the following experience and qualifications:
Diploma in Chemical Engineering
3+ years Chlor Alkali plant experience
Plant Operations & Trouble Shooting
Start-up and Shutdown
Maintenance coordination and activity
Shift Activity

2-Shift Supervisor in Production Operations with the following experience and qualifications:
Supervise daily operations of operators in assigned areas.
Check units' logbooks, control panels, and workstations.
Investigate changes and operational difficulties.
Follow up on implementation of changes.
Ensure safe startup of units after shutdowns.
Inspect areas outside the Control Room for hot maintenance jobs.
Update unit Standing Instructions and safety regulations.
Propose modifications for safe operation.
Supervise operators on cold/hot work permits and gas-free certificates.
Arrange maintenance work through Work Orders.
Test firefighting systems in coordination with safety engineer.
Adhere to safety rules and regulations.
Ensure product loading into trucks/containers.
Utilize all forklift operators efficiently.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualification & Experience: Diploma / Degree in Chemical Technology, 10 years of relative experience in Chlor – Alkali Plant Operation

3-Process Engineer with the following experience and qualifications:
Knowledge of process flow in operations of a chemical manufacturing plant
Leads in developing plant-specific improvement lists and implementing business-specific guidelines.
Conducts assessments on plant performance data and best practices.
Leads in debottlenecking/capacity expansion to identify production growth.
Monitors plant performance for efficiency, yield, cost, and bottlenecks.
Conducts periodic assessments of production rates of individual process plants.
Updates P&ID after implementation of new or modified projects.
Maintains correspondence with technology suppliers for plant updates and performance evaluation.
Enhances production capacity of process units and equipment.
Reviews engineering documents related to new projects.
Acts as a process technology expert and primary contact with technology center, licensor, and unit vendors.
Conducts benchmarking studies for plant performance.
Assists in developing plant-specific improvement plans.
Conducts economic evaluation of improvement ideas.
Supports Production Engineer in operations units for advanced troubleshooting or fixing inherent operation problems.
Knowledge of Process & System, proficiency in Project Management
Proficiency in English, Microsoft Windows, MS Office, Presentation Skills
Knowledge of Financial Models
Qualification & Experience: Engineering Degree (Chemical or Industrial), 5 years relevant experience in chemical plant & Supervisory capacity in a Chlor – Alkali Plant Operation
