Fancy Dress competition will be held at IIK Diwali Mela 2019 on 25th October 2019. Venue is Al Zumerida Hall, Opp Salwa, Kuwait.

Fancy dress competition will be conducted in two age group categories:

1. Juniors (0 to 7 Yrs)
2. Seniors (7+ yrs to 12 yrs)
   

For age group below 7 years parents can assist their child on stage. Participants should bring their own materials required for arrangement. Performance time maximum is 2 minutes per contestant.

Last date of registration will be 15th October 2019 or as soon as we receive 10 Participants in each category.

Confirmation of participation will be notified to the selected contestants by IIK via Email.

Rules & Regulations

• Fancy dress competition will be conducted in two age group categories:

• Team should be present at the venue half an hour ahead of the competition time.
• Performance time - maximum 2 minutes per contestant.
• Each category will be awarded 3 prizes - First, Second and Third.
• Decision of the judges will be final.
• IIK retains the right to publish the photographs taken during the event.
• Use of fire, weapons, dangerous substance that creates a hazardous condition to the health and safety of audience is strictly prohibited.
• Participation is limited due to time consideration, and hence IIK has the right to select the desired number of participation from the registered candidates as per their terms & conditions.
• Last date of registration will be 20th October 2018 or as soon as we receive 10 Participants in each category
• Confirmation of participation will be notified to the selected contestants by IIK via Email.

If the act needs an audio or background music:

• Bring a CD - mentioning the name of song.
