We, as students live in a busy world. Most of the time, we are influenced by stress. We look upon our busy parents, play video games, go outing in malls, take part in competitive sports and also come across with pressure in studies. This can have a profound effect on our happiness and this is not for the better.
A solution that can help to encounter these pressures is YOGA. I have done the course on Yoga and like to share some points on the benefits of it. We should learn the techniques of relaxation, inner fulfillment and self-health. They can navigate the challenges in life with a little more ease.

Yoga is not common in the classrooms yet. But it is increasingly becoming part of the physical education curriculum in many countries.
The unique aspect of Yoga is the mental focus and attention that they exercise while doing the postures. Try to take up the lessons of yoga from yoga classes and spend at least half-an-hour a day to reap the benefits. You can start at any age and the Gifts and Benefits of Yoga will last a life-time.
