Indian cuisines are famous all over the world for its rich taste, aroma and healthy ingredients. Chinese Cuisine and yummy continental cuisine are other varieties for the food lovers. If we get all these in one place, that too in the heart of the city, it becomes a great place to hang out with friends and family as well as for business meetings. The Multi Cuisine “Wild fire” restaurant is located literally in the heart of the city and it presents a fine dining experience of culinary and service excellence.

When we entered into Wild Fire, we were given a warm welcome. At the entrance they have a reception and small lobby with a well decorated coffee shop and dinning place. The captain led us to the restaurant which is located at the upper level through the centrally located decorated steps. The Ambiance and decor of the restaurant was very pleasant. There where lovely pictures on the walls and each table had a chandelier. There were cabins on both the sides of the restaurant with glass painted doors. The round glass table, which is convenient for a group of 6 or 8 people, was looking elegant with unique tree like shaped legs and decorated with pebbles and small flowers under the glass top. The menu had everything from extravagant cocktails and milkshakes to all types of dishes from Indian, Chinese and even Fish & Chips and Club Sandwiches. They even had lobster and crab for sea food lovers.

We decided to start off with soups. We ordered Lung Fung (Shrimps + Chicken+ Vegetables) and Veg Manchow. Then we ordered salads and starters. We tried varieties like Grilled Chicken Salad and Veg crunchy salad and for starters we ordered Hara Bhara Kabab and Assorted Dim Sum.

Soups arrived first. We were served by a courteous and attentive steward. Lung Fung soup was fabulous with a mix of Shrimps and Chicken along with vegetables. Grilled chicken salad trilled our taste buds as the chicken pieces were marinated in a garlic-pepper sauce. For people who love spicy food this is great. Veg crunchy salad was amazing veg in a fantastically tricky combination of crunchy salad. Assorted Dim-sum was a combination of veg spring rolls, chicken lollypop and Chinese dumplings cooked in some sauce. Eating this was a unique experience.

We started our main with Wildfire Special Chicken Masala, Sabzi Kolhapuri with Naans. We couldn’t avoid the rice items also. We ordered Wildfire Sea food Fried Rice with Fish in Ginger garlic sauce and chicken Manchurian gravy. We were excited to try the Blue Shadow, which is a unique fresh pineapple and orange juice with blue curacao syrup and whipping cream. Sabzi Kolhapuri was spicy and very flavourful. In Fish in Ginger garlic sauce, fish was nicely infused with garlic and ginger sauce. It was little sweet and was a great combination for the Wildfire Sea food Fried Rice. Chicken Manchurian - consisting of chicken with vegetables in a spicy sauce. Wildfire Sp. Chicken Masala was a delicious one.

While having our main course the drinks were served. It came as a real surprise as the presentation was mind blowing. It was served in a wire-rimmed glass with small umbrella and a candle that was lit on the umbrella. The kids were totally exited on seeing the presentation. The drink had an excellent taste. Divine, I must say! We rounded off our meal with a cup of Khajar Halwa topped with pistas and loads of hazy almonds.

The service at Wildfire was excellent. Wildfire has the style and warmth that brings something special to the experience of dining out. It is a great place to hang out with friends and family and enjoy a delicious meal. As its located at the busy heart of the city, it’s a great joint to arrange business meetings and parties. The interesting part is, as they provide free valet parking, we no need to worry about getting parking place at any time of the day. We also came to know from the manager that they are currently having special offers for customers who are working within the vicinity of the restaurant. They can avail this offer by showing their office ID Cards / business cards.
