68.1 percentage of Kuwait population is expatriates

Kuwait's population has reached 3,719,000 including 1,185,000 Kuwaitis and 2,534,000 expatriates. The Kuwaiti population is 31.9 percentage of the total population while expatriates consist of 68.1 percentage of total population, local daily reported.

This information is derived from the annual statistical reports of the Health Ministry. The report revealed that Farwaniya governorate is the most populated with 980,000 residents while Mubarak Al Kabeer is the least populated with 228,000 residents
