Health is something that’s far more valuable than just wealth and possession. Without it there would be no utilization of the great, vast wealth and all that we posses. It is our duty to protect our health and to be strong and fit. For this we have to follow certain rules and a timetable that will serve this purpose. Always remember the proverb “Health Is Wealth.” Actually it’s really true. Health and fitness is the basic indicator of the way that we can perform our daily activities and jobs. We as human beings should receive proper amount of nutrients and proteins and all necessary vitamins to remain healthy and strong.

Children, especially teenagers need to eat the proper kind of foods in order to grow strong and healthy. Regular consumption of junk food can greatly harm the health of students. They must learn how to consume regular healthy food, basic and nutritious in the right amounts. So parents! Your children need to eat healthy! Encourage them to eat balanced diets consume healthy foods and drink the needed amount of water to keep them healthy. And don’t forget to remind them to “Eat Healthy and Live Healthy”.
