A three day seminar on Vedic Maths was held in Carmel School Kuwait from the 26th-29th April2013 by a pioneer in the field-Mr.Dhaval Bathia,a graduate from Narsee Mongee College. In the course of his studies, magical Vedic techniques fascinated him and led him to share his knowledge with his colleagues. From the age of 17 he held courses on his skills to students, professors and the public at large and is the author of many books.

At Carmel, he captured the attention of almost 2000 students from the 3rd-12th grade in 7 sessions with his amazing calculating techniques and memory skills.

Using some simple mathematical steps, Bhatia demonstrated in his workshops how one can find out a person’s birthday or how much money a person has in his pocket without anyone telling him, etc. His small tricks and magic made learning maths fun and enjoyable. He also showed some amazing demonstrations by which theory subjects like history dates, geography, chemical equations, long answers etc can be memorized by students in seconds.

Carmel students enjoyed the workshop to the fullest. This was a great magical experience for students who find maths difficult.

It was surely a magical mathematical experience.
