Team Work: Makes The Dream Work

Teaming up means success, like as always. One of the secrets to human success is teamwork. When we try to do something complicated, something tuff alone, it may or may not be successful. But if you do it as a team, then it becomes a whole lot more interesting and easier and can be done more quickly than single hard work. So which one do you prefer-team or single? I prefer team not just because I’m lazy or something but because it’s a more effective and fun filled method to work out something tuff and complicated. Sometimes there might be strife in your team and does count as a minus point of your team as it can disable you to finish your work on time. You need to learn how to cooperate with your team members and let them expose their own personal unique talents. Accomplishment takes place faster than you could expect if it’s done as a team work. Choosing a responsible leader is also really efficient and good whose work should be to organize the team and check whether each member contributes his or her share in the team work. There would also be less stress in the process of doing a successful job. There must be discipline in a team. It helps us to reduce errors and also to develop an attitude towards our leaders in a team. In the word IMPOSSIBLE, the IM gets cut out and all that remains is Possible!
I can interpret the word TEAM in this way:
T- Together
E-Every body
A-Achieves
M-More
I can relate this with an experience which I had gone through.
Here’s my experience:
In our class we were divided into groups and each group had a topic and had to perform a skit and inform the class about their topics. Our group had taken the topic ‘Global Warming’. At first we were very interested and started off as a team but then all the members began to lose interest and refused to cooperate with the leader. Finally we came to a conclusion: either we do the job as a team or lose marks, our reputation, and the hard work of the leader who was being sincere. It was an eye opener to each and every member of the team about the real meaning of teamwork and we bagged the first position tied along with another team!!!!
Like as they say, ‘’we can ‘Overcome conflicts’, winning through Team Work!!”
