It is time to celebrate our residing countries birthday once again. Kuwait has taught how to stay strong and the power of will after the struggle from Iraqi invasion. Kuwait was just left as a small piece of rough land with the most oil rich country. With the gift of exporting oil to the deficit countries including India. During 1900’s till the second world war in 1945 Kuwait and India used to trade horses pearls,spices,rice and teak.India was one of the first countries to recognize Kuwait’s independence while Kuwait was the first countries to extend support to India during the war with China in 1962. During 1980’s when the issue of Babri Masjid arises, Kuwait asked the Indian president to reconstruct the Masjid and open it to Indian Muslims. Kuwait was fast to react to this situation, this caused the diplomatic triumph. Today our beloved Kuwait stands with 18 Indian schools affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE),more than 300 associations are active in Kuwait. While Kuwait remits over 3 billion annually to India. The population of India stands 6,81,288. Once again it’s Hala February the time to spend and celebrate in Kuwait!!
