New outsourcing centers for Indian passport and visa services

Beginning Sunday, 3 August 2014, the new service provider of the Embassy for outsourcing of passport and visa services will be M/s Cox and Kings Global Services working in collaboration with its local partner M/s Al Qabas Assurex General Trading and Contracting Company W.L.L.

Physical location of 3 centers along with their map, from which M/s Cox and Kings Global Services will operate from:

The new outsourcing centers will open on all days when Embassy is functional. On working days (Sunday to Thursday), the operating hours would be from 0800-1200hrs in the first half and 1600-2000 hrs in the second half. On weekend (Friday and Saturday) the operating hours would be from 1600- 2000hrs.

Service Fee structure of various services and Value Added Services rendered by M/s Cox and Kings Global Services will be as follows:
Service Fee:
(i) Passport Service: KD1.200
(ii) Visa Service: KD3.250

Value Added Services:
(i) Photocopy: Fils 100 per page
(ii) Photo booth: KD2.750 for 4 photos
(iii) Internet kiosk: KD1.000
(iv) SMS Service: Fils 400
(v) Courier Service: KD1.250 for Indian nationals , KD4.500 for Foreign nationals
(vi) Assisted Form Filling: KD1.000 for Indian nationals, KD3.000 for Foreign nationals
