Kuwait India Fraternity Forum celebrates Independence Day

Kuwait India fraternity forum conducted “Freedom Meet” on August 15, 2014 to mark Indian Independence Day. The event commenced by unit song along with hosting 68 Indian flags to commemorate 68th Independence Day. Hundreds of people including ladies and kids witnessed the program held in Jamiyatul Islah auditorium, Rawda. The plurality of regional languages and presence of people from various states of India made the event more colorful.


All the speakers honored the freedom fighters those struggled lot to free India from the British and they reminded it’s the duty of every citizen not to surrender the freedom that we gained in front of neo corporate slavery system. They appealed everyone to be the sentimental of freedom.
Hafiz Saifuddeen Nalakat, President, Kuwait India Fraternity Forum presided over the program. Independence day message delivered by Mr. Zakir hussain raheemi, Mr. Nawab Hussain & Mr. Naushad who represented KIFF regional chapters.


Mr. Mohammad Haneef, president, Kadapa Islamic Welfare Society, Mr. Shamshudin, Council member, Islamic Guidance centre, Mr. Tanjai Farooq Maharaj, Vice president, TMMK, Mr. Islamuddin, Dayee, Punjab Section, Islamic Presentation Committee, Kuwait, Mr. Mansoor Manbai Assistant Secretary , Tamilnadu Ulama Welfare Association, Hameed Mulki, President, KKMA Karanatka Wing, Dr. Zafar Ali, Gen secretary, Tamilnadu Muslim Culture Association, Mr. Ashraf Kalathod, Chairman, Mapila Kala Academy Kuwait, Mr. Khaleel Baqawi, Gen secretary, Kuwait Tamil Islamic Committee spoke on the occasion. Shakeel Ahmed, KIFF executive council member welcomed the gathering while Mohamad Sameer anchored the program and Shamsheer Aman, President; KIFF Karnataka Chapter delivered the vote of thanks.
