Warning to expat homes for non payment of Electricity bill

The Ministry of Electricity and Water distributed warnings to expat homes whose bills exceed KD 100, informing them that power will be cut if they do not pay, local daily Kuwait Times reported citing Al Rai Arabic news paper. The ministry in the meantime continues cutting power from citizens’ homes whose invoices exceed KD 3,000, after sending them prior warnings, said Adel Al-Shuwaiee, head of a ministry committee tasked with collecting dues. He added that KD 450 million has been collected by Saturday.
