The Island

An island far across the sea,
An island made for me.
This heavenly unexplained land,
Filled to brim with golden sand.

Many a detail to be seen,
Lush with bright colors green.
Open to all close to none,
As bright as the midday sun.

Clouds pure fluffy white,
Never ever out of sight.
The sun glowing yellow bright,
At an unattainable great height.

Splashing gently is the sea,
Almost reaching up my knee.
Hundreds of trees green and tall,
Making me look very small.

A magical island far out in sea,
With unknown plants and many a tree.
Lit with golden sun rays,
Completely out of place.

A colourful land to explore,
One not in any ancient lore.
A legend hiding in the sea,
An island made for me.
