Kuwait PavendarKazhagam organized its 31st Kalam on 03.04.2015 at Pavendar Arangam in MANGAF. The Event was begun@ 09.30AM. The Program was anchored by our junior members Selvan R. Srinivasan and Selvi R.Harini. Prayer Song was sung by Selvan Nikhil. The event was presided over by Dr. Hyder Ali, Chairman, TVS Group of Companies, Kuwait and in the presence of Mr.Aladdin, General Manager, TVS Group of Companies, Kuwait.
The Chief Guest was welcomed by Mr.B.Sekar, President & introduced to audience by Mr. Abuthahir Vice-President, Pavendar Kazhagam.
The Chief Guest well appreciated about the events which were organized by office –bearers of Pavendar Kazhagam. During speech, Chief Guest said that events were very extraordinary and pleasurable the technique it was structured.
PVKK Kalapaadal was sung by Mrs. Manjula Duraisamy. One Thirkkural was enlightened by Mr. Govindarajulu. The event under the title ‘Mann Isai” was performed by PVKK Singers Mrs. Manjula Duraisamy, Mr. Nelson & Selvan Nikhil. The event under title” KalaththuMedu” was performed by PVKK Children members Selvan R. Nikil, R. Srinivaasan, R.Vishwesh Balaji, R.Sharon Balaji, M. Kishore, Rahul, Selvi P. Uma Priya & Nikishasree. Children’s performance of dances and songs were well appreciated by Chief Guest, audience and members.
Poets Nilavan were performed poems under the title“Kavithai Siraku” under the topic of Evergreen Memorial Poet “Kavingar. Pulamaipiththan”. Mr. Dheenadayalan narrated an interesting story under title “Kathaikelu Kaniyagu”.
A debate programme was performed under the leadership of Mr. Pazha .Krishnamoorthy. The participants in debate were Kavingar Sivamani, Mr.S. Raveendran, Kavingar Pari and Mrs.B.Umadevi under the title “Inithinum Inithu”. The Title of the debate was “Arivu Valarchikku Peridhum Thunai Purivadhu, Kalvi Gnama? Kelvi Gnama?.
The Lunch was sponsored by PVKK Members. The Event was concluded with national anthem by PVKK Members.
