Former Kuwait MP Abu Sagar delivered RACHEL CORRIE essay Award to Dr. Fathima

Abu Sagar, Former Kuwait Parliament Member handed over cash award of Indian Rupees 10,001/- and an Honorable Plaque to Dr. Fathima Sayed Suhail who won the first place in the Essay competition held by indo-Kuwait Friendship Society, a non profit socio-cultural friendship Indian association in Kuwait for the loving memory of Martyr Rachel Corrie.

The invitation for the essay participation was announced in the press earlier few months back and the last date of submission was on 31st Dec. 2014 and extended to 31st January 2015 which was a public competition meant for only ladies aged 23 years in coinciding with the life of “Rachel Corrie” of USA who was killed By Israeli bulldozer while she was protecting Palestinian homes in Gaza.

Sayed Suhail received the prizes on behalf of Dr. Fathima, B.D.S. who is a Dental doctor practicing at Yenepoya Dental college in Mangalore, India.

This memento and cash award was given on 1st May, 2015 in a function held at Salmiya. Dr. Ghalib Al-Mashoor presided the event.
