OICC Kuwait gave warm reception to Adv. Lali Vincent

Overseas Indian Cultural Congress (OICC Kuwait) gave a warm reception to Adv. Lali Vincent, Vice-President, Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee, at the Indian Community School, Amman Branch, during her short Visit to Kuwait.
Varghese Puthukulangara, President, OICC Kuwait presided over the meeting, while Vice-Presidents Aby Varicad, Chacko George Kutty, Vijayan Karayil , Ladies wing Chairperson Rafia Anas felicitated the occasion. Lali Vincent, in her key note address praised the pravasis for their continued involvement in the overall development of Kerala.
General Secretary B.S. Pillai welcomed the gathering, while Rajiv Neduvilemuri proposed vote of thanks.
