Colours’ Day Celebration at ICSK Amman

The Pre-Primary students of ICSK Amman celebrated Colours’ Day with fun and enthusiasm on 11th May, 2016. A special assembly was conducted by class UKG-A highlighting the importance of colours. The day began with a short prayer and continued with various activities like singing, dancing & colouring.
This day was great fun for all the students. Various activities were designed to help the children identify and differentiate various colours and also to appreciate how colours enhance and influence their lives. Different colours like red, blue, green, yellow, orange, purple maroon and pink were allotted to each class .The classrooms were decorated with the specific colours and the students came dressed in that specific colour. The teachers too were dressed up in the same colour as their students.

The Principal Rajesh Nair C. appreciated the little children enjoying as well as learning through activities and praised the efforts of the children and gave full support to make this celebration a grand success. The Vice-Principal Dr. Mary Issac visited the classes.

The colourful celebration made the day a memorable one.
