Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Begets ‘Swara Sandhya’ Innovative Inception Continues

The exceptional School in Kuwait basks yet again a novel and noble cause, as it traverses in its decennial year of its existence in the Middle East with its launch of musical extravaganza on Friday, 16th December 2016 at the SIS auditorium in Jleeb Al Shyoukh with the vision to nurture the philharmonic lovers with quality music and help the underprivileged by soulful music through music therapy. The unique collaboration of Indian Educational School and Smart Indian School won huge plaudits from the visitors as they christened SWARA SANDHYA with an endeavor to train and form Bhavans Band and to facilitate and felicitate the unsung heroes.



As rightly said “we make a living by what we get but we make a life by what we give”, the Bhavans family proves it to be a propitious one in this age of metamorphosis.
The lighting of the ceremonial lamp conjointly performed by the legend and the visionary Chairman N.K. Ramachandran Menon , the Principals and Vice-Principals of IES and SIS, marked the significance and solemnity of the occasion. Mr.Mahesh Iyer Principal, SIS, proudly introduced the host of the evening – Mr .Prem Kumar, Principal, IES who later introduced the co-host Ms. Meenakshi, HOD - Social Science, IES on stage who received thunderous applauses intermittently as they gave the audience the most far-reaching crescendo in presenting a creative anchoring.







The landmark achieved the largest audience ever for a live-streamed event. This opera witnessed music artists in the making of the future singers. The program paved its own unique platform to display young dandy artists and to empower attendees with positive and supportive messages so as to send the same to the family of all ages.
The commendable contribution of parent community left the faculty of Bhavans in awe. The teaching fraternity kept the flag flying high as they equally contributed to the rhapsodic and euphorious entertainment . The concert-goers truly enjoyed themselves as they reminicised listening to good old days karaoke based music and some contemporary songs in Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi and English with an amalgamation of solos and duets… The seamless blending was indeed a howling success.





After receiving the resounding responses from the music lovers Bhavans panel of management is planning for such ample heart-warming programs to occur regularly to muse the musicality in all .
