38 caught, 27 cars, 5 bikes seized in traffic crackdown

General Traffic Department last week launched impromptu campaigns in all six governorates , which resulted in the issuance of 29,566 violations for various citations. Traffic officers during the period impounded 27 vehicles plus 5 motorbikes and referred 38 people into custody, deported an expatriate for driving without license, and recovered 19 wanted vehicles as reported in ArabTimes.



During the campaign held targeting abandoned vehicles and those parked in wrong locations for sale in Fahaheel Industrial area by Department of Road Works and Cleanliness at Ahmadi Municipality, 31 vehicles were lifted, reports daily.
