The campus should encourage free thought and stand for humanity: Ayanam Seminar

The self financing colleges in Kerala is alarmingly commercialized in a way that their only motto is turn out to be making profit. The students are victims of loop holes in the current education system which they have to be obedient to all the injustices they face in their tenure at college. The powerful managements are controlled by a nexus of religion, caste and power politics which collapsed the value based education system in Kerala. The seminar conducted by Ayanam Open Forum on 2nd of Feb Thu at Foke Hall Abbassiya covered all the aspects of Educational system in Kerala in detail.









Speakers from various socio cultural organizations and prominent personalities presented their view point about the subject. General Convener Abdul Fathah Thayyil presided over the function and sathar Kunnil presented the topic in detail. Bergman Thomas, C.K.Noushadh, John Thomas, P.T. Shereef, Mohammed Riyaz, Azeez Thikkodi, Sujariya Meethal, Rafeek Thayath, Sreemlal, Niranjan, Shabeeba Rafeeq, Nasar.V.K., Abdul latheef, Mujeebulla.K.V. presented their view points. Convener Shareef Thamarasery welcomed the audience and Shaji Raghuvaran made vote of thanks.







The meeting also paid tribute to Parliament member Mr. E. Ahmed who recently passed away. Habeebulla Muttichoor, Anwar Sadath and Sreenivasan coordinated the events.
