Teams Division League Season Week 03 RESULTS

After a great kick-off to TDL Season 01 and games going on as usual, week 3 of TDL witnessed some very good games in all 3 division ( B,C,D). Division B that has around 11 top notch teams participating from all over Kuwait had games that went down to the last over. Goan Boys were busy defending their total of 133 against Shining Mangalore with Sundeep (Bablu) being the highest scorer for Goan boys . Shining Mangalore had a task in hand which was not impossible.

While the game continued, On the other end we had Oriental CC post a target of 119 for the loss of 5 wickets. At one stage it looked as if Oriental CC were comfortably going to post a target of 130 + runs with Deepak Damodaran building the innings and scoring a superb knock of 51 before he was taken out of the equation by a well-known all-rounder from Azad CC “ Wassim Mukadam”. It was question Oriental CC had to ask , if 119 was good enough total against hard fighting Azad CC. Azad CC came out victorious towards the end of 15 overs with Ikramuddin guiding the winning runs outside the boundary line.

Revisiting Goan Boys vs Shining Mangalore , Goan boys stuck to their plan when the game went down to the wire as Shining Mangalore lost wickets regularly but fell short of 4 runs to overcome Goan Boys.

Teams to register wins in Week 3 were Goan Boys , Azad CC , Sahara & Adayaan XI.
Winners in Division C for week 3 : Warrior XI , Riggae Friends,Hasoon CC , CC Royals & Blue Bash
Winners in Division D for week 3 : Abbasiyan Jaguars , Kuwait Riders,Karavali United,Riggae Friends B & Dhaiwali CC
