Kuwait KMCC (Kerala Muslim Cultural Centre) Conducted Mega Medical Camp 'Spandanam 2017'

Became Historic Event and Consolation for Thousands of Poor Expatriates.

The Mega Medical Camp 'Spandanam 2017', convened by Kuwait KMCC Medical wing was a pioneer event in its kind and was Consolations for Thousands of Indian Expatriates patients.

The Camp was arranged at Indian Integrated School, (E.Ahammed Saheb Nagar). 1,256 (One Thousand two hundred and fifty six) poor expatriates were attended and got the advantage of Medical Aid.

The Camp was organized in connection with 40th Anniversary Celebration of Kuwait KMCC.

The Camp was inaugurated by Indian Embassy Deputy Chief of Mission Mr. Subhashish Goldar and presided by Mr. Farooq Hamadani, Vice President and official in charge of Kuwait KMCC Medical wing.

Naser, Mr. Salam Chettippadi, Mr. Subair Koduvally, Former office bearers Mr. Sherafudhin Kanneth, Mr. Basheer Batha, Mr. Rauf Mashoor Thangal, Indian Doctors Forum President Dr. Abbay, Dr. Syed Abdul Rahiman, Dr. Siraj, Dr. Prathap Unnithan, Dr. Hashim Abdul Aziz, Dr. Ameer, Dr. Sushobhna, Dr.Philippos George, Indian Integrated School Manager Mr. Mohamedali, Mr. Shaheed Pattillath, Mr. Sathar delivered felicitation speech n Famous Indian Islamic Scholar M.M. Akbar visited the camp.

Medical Wing Chairman Dr. Abudl Hameed welcomed the audience and Treasurer Mr. Mohamed Manoli delivered vote of thanks.

Even if it was law temperature, a large number of people were gathered in the camp at very early morning itself.

The measurement done by the organizers for smooth and easy camp procedures were excellent. Fully computerized Registration facility helped people to access required specialist without any time delay.

Medical tests such as Ultra Sound Scan, ECG, Cholesterol, Sugar, Blood Pressure, BMI, etc. were available in the camp. The organizers arranged Specialist’s doctors of various departments such as Cardiology, Nephrology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Dental, Pediatric, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Dermatology, Physiotherapy, Back ach Clinic etc.

There was arranged a Pharmacy and distributed free medicines (Costs more than KWD 5,000/-) for all the patients. The organizers arranged Breast Cancer Test for all the women patients aged above 35years, attended the camp and found 3 suspected cases of Breast Cancer.

Indian Doctors Forum, Kuwait Heart Foundation, Indian Dental Alliance, Saudi Pharmaceuticals, Patient Helping Fund, Dar Optical, Ashraf & Company supported the Mega Medical Camp.

The camp was wonderful and remarkable in its way of organizing, arrangements of various departments, Medical equipments, Patient Registration and Crowd Management.
