Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa awarded by Jumeirah Group for outstanding performances Excellence in hotel leadership and raising the bar in guest satisfaction

Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa, Kuwait’s idyllic resort is delighted to announce that its General Manager Hakan Petek received the prestigious title of General Manager of the Year 2016. The award was presented to him by Marc Dardenne, Group Chief Operating Officer of Jumeirah Group, the Dubai-based luxury hotel company and a member of Dubai Holding, for exceptional guest satisfaction and hotel leadership.

The luxurious landmark was also honored with two respected industry awards by The Middle East, North Africa & Asia Awards (MENA). Setting new standards for best industry practices and innovative strategies, General Manager Hakan Petek was presented with the prestigious Best Business Leader Award alongside the Customer Delight Award at a ceremony held in Jumeirah’s Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai.
