Good Wishes to Class X ICSK Khaitan

ICSK Khaitan organized a ceremonial well wishes programme, Shubhechha Samaroh to its Class X students on 23rd February 2017. Engr. Biju George Paul and his better half Mrs. Seena Mary Varghese were the distinguished guests of the day. Engr. Biju is an entrepreneur and a motivational speaker. He is a Mechanical Engineer from Manipal Institute of Technology and a member of Kuwait Engineer’s Forum. Mrs. Seena is a gifted singer, anchor and a stage performer.



The ‘Samaroh’ started by invoking the blessings of the Almighty with the verses from Holy Quran followed by an invocation dance.



The entire episode was organised by Class IX students. Group songs and inspiring speeches added colour to the Valedictory Ceremony. Principal Mr. K. G. Shirsath welcomed the guests and appealed to the students to remember the values and the knowledge they have acquired during their school life at ICSK Khaitan.





Engr. Biju spoke on the importance of following our passions and dreams and building on the special gifts given to us by God. He also advised the students to spend some time everyday to enjoy life by doing something that they love. Reiterating the power of blessings, he urged the students to face life without losing integrity.
Representing the outgoing students, Devaprabha gave her reminiscences of school life. Awards were given to the best outgoing students for excellence in Academics, Art, Sports, Leadership and All Round Development respectively along with special certificates for 100% attendance to four students.



Speaking on the basis of the past 12 years experience, a parent of the outgoing student endorsed the unparalleled, value-based support provided by ICSK Khaitan.



The Vice President of the School senate Ayesha Wafiyath proposed the Vote of Thanks. Soon the auditorium became a place of reverence and sanctity when the School Choir started “Showers of Blessings…”and the students began passing through the Corridor of Blessings made by the Principal, Vice Principal, teachers and parents holding lighted candles.
