India's National Security Advisor Shri Ajit Doval made official visit to Kuwait

India's National Security Advisor Shri Ajit Doval and his accompanying delegation made an official visit to Kuwait.

Shri Ajit Doval held high level discussions with His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. The high level delegation also held various meetings with Deputy Premier and Interior Minister Sheikh Khaled Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah. The delegation also include India's special envoy for fighting extremism and terrorism Sayyed Asif Ibrahim.




The meeting was also attended by Assistant Undersecretary for Internal State Security Affairs Maj Gen Essam Al-Naham and Acting Head of Information and Security follow-up at the National Security Department Sheikh Fawaz Mishal Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah.

NSA also held discussion with His Excellency Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Sabah, First Deputy PM and Minister of Foreign Affairs.




Doval also held discussion with Chairman of Kuwait National Security Apparatus Sheikh Thamer Al-Ali Al-Sabah.



The visit of five-member delegation headed by NSA Ajit Doval, who is possibly India's second most important man after Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is considered as an important step in the direction of India Kuwait bilateral relationship.
