Scintillating kg Graduation Ceremony at ICSK Khaitan

ICSK Khaitan takes pride in the blessing and coronation of their UKG students in their Graduation and Crowning Ceremony. This year it was held on 16th March 2017, with a lot of exuberance and ardour.



It was truly a day of accomplishments and celebration. The auditorium was filled with proud parents. The programme started invoking the blessings of the Almighty God.



Shri. Sanjeev Saklani, Attaché (Consular - Education), Indian Embassy to Kuwait, was the honoured Chief Guest for the event. The ceremonial lighting of the lamp was performed by the Chief Guest along with the Principal Mr. K. G. Shirsath, Vice Principal Mr. Ravi Ayanoli and the Academic Supervisor of the Kindergarten, Mrs. Maxi Vaz. In his welcome address, the Principal said that children have the best period in their informal schooling at the Kindergarten.



He also advised the parents to provide the same degree of attention and enthusiasm when their children go to higher levels of their schooling as well.

There was an enchanting ‘Swagatam Dance’ by the UKG students in dazzling yellow attire welcoming everyone present. The foot tapping English Dance imitating the animals and their sounds was a real feast to the eye.

There were scintillating dances from the LKG students which made the parents spellbound. The tiny tots clad in beautiful attires dancing to the beat of the popular numbers ‘zubi zubi…’ and ‘I am a Barbie girl…’ enthralled the crowd in the auditorium.

The Chief Guest Shri. Sanjeev Saklani was given a warm welcome. In his address, He reminded the parents to impart good culture, values and tradition to their kids at this young age. He also said that being parents we should fulfill our duty of leading them from Darkness to Light, Ignorance to Knowledge and finally from Death to Eternity.

Acknowledging the talents of the blooming buddies, crowning of the Khaitan Idols was followed. Malavika Vinod and Mohamed Areeb from UKG A, Bhagyashree Chakraborthy and Aswith Velmurugan of UKG B, Mariam Sajjad V.S. and Dev Harish Nair from UKG C, Nabeeha and Muhamed Haneen Sajid of UKG D and Hala Zainab and Sheron Sajeev from UKG E were gloriously crowned with dazzling crowns.

The Graduation March and photo session of UKG and LKG were done separately. The students also had photo sessions in their formal attire of graduation gowns and caps, with their class teacher, Principal, Vice Principal and the Chief Guest.

The LKG Khaitan Idols were Juweria and Bevon Titty Cherian of LKG A, Dana Saji and Ashwin Anoop of LKG B, Ganga Priyesh and Neeraj of LKG C and Angela Sars and Amar Manohar of LKG D.

The programme came to a close with the Graduation March and the Vote of Thanks by Malavika Vinod of UKG A.

We wish our young graduates of UKG all the very best as they enter the Primary Level of their schooling.
