Independence Day Celebrated with Enthusiasm at Integrated Indian School

The staff and students of INTEGRATED INDIAN SCHOOL celebrated the 71st independence day of India with full zeal and zest, with patriotic fervour. A special assembly was conducted by the students and teachers to commemorate the sacrifices made by the Indian freedom fighters The Indian national flag was hoisted by the esteemed Director Mr. Anil Mehrotra followed by the indian national anthem. The Principal Mr. Arul Dharmaraj read out the independence day message given by the Honourable president of India Mr. Ram Nath Kovind and also spoke to the gathering about the sanctity of the occasion and the role played by the constitutional makers. Cultural activities were held and the gathering was treated with some spectacular musical feats .Mrs.Sitara Narayan presented the independence day speech. "A seed will grow to be huge tree only if its watered properly from the beginning".
