ONCP Kuwait Celebrates Gandhi Jayanti & Lal Bahadur Sastri Jayanti on 06 October 2017 at Jleeb Al Shuyoukh- Abbasiya Kuwait-Orma Plaza . Indian nationals from different states, participated in the event. Programs inaugurated by ONCP Kuwait National Committee President. Mr. Babu Francis.
