Thursday, November 9, 2017

The ministry explained that a warning would be sent on Sunday, Nov 12, followed by a second one on Nov 19, before disconnecting the service on Nov 26 of subscribers who fail to pay their bills. The ministry explained that the limit at which a line would be automatically listed for programmed disconnection is KD 50 for home lines and KD 100 for commercial ones, in addition to subscribers who had rescheduled their bills to pay in installments and failed to pay any of them, and subscribers who fail to pay the subscription fee for over six months.
