Patriarchal Vicar Jacobite Churches in Kuwait meets heads of fellow Churches.

His Eminence Mor Eusebius Kuriakose, on his maiden visit to Kuwait after assuming the charge as Patriarchal Vicar, an appointment the Supreme Head of Antioch and All the East, H.H. Mor Ignatius Aphrem II has made, has met with heads of fellow churches in Kuwait.

On 6th Jan 2018, Saturday Mor Eusebius met Arch Bishop of Greek Orthodox Church in Kuwait His Eminence Ghattas Hazim at his archbishopric in Salwa along with priests and officials of both churches.

The same day Mor Eusebius also met Rev. Michael Mbona, Chaplain of St. Paul’s Anglican Church and Chairman of Inter Congregation Committee (ICC) in as separate meeting held at Fahaheel. St. Paul’s Anglican Church in Ahmadi is the oldest existing Christian worship facility in the country, where Christians of various streams worship harmoniously. Vicar of St. Mary’s Jacobite Syrian Church,Kuwait Rev. Fr. Eldo Chackkiattil and other church officials also attended the meetings.

Mos Eusebius thanked both the church leaders for the support extended to Syrian Jacobite community in Kuwait and sought means to strengthen the bilateral relations further.
