Malayalam Kuwait bid Farewell to Lisy Kuriakose

Malayalam Kuwait, a forum of writers and readers in Kuwait, bid farewell to Kuwait's well known writer, Lisy Kuriakose, on her return to homeland after the stay of 3 more decades in Kuwait.

Bergman Thomas, Malayalam Kuwait Coordinator chaired the function held at FALK Hall and prominent writer John Mathews honoured
Lisy with the memnto on behalf of Malayalam Kuwait.

Sunil K Cherian and Uthaman Valathukaadu presented the books reviews of Beneath the River, English poems of Lisy Kuriakose and Vakkinte Vazikal ( Ways of Words) Malayalam poems of Vibeesh Tikkodi respectively.

The function was blessed by the dignified presence of many literary figures and felicitated by Karunakaran ,Sam Pynammodu, Lazar Dsilva,Vibeesh Tikkodi,Abul Fathah Thayyil, Bessy Kadavil,Jishanth , Suji Meethal, P.R, Chumdampatta and Satheesh Menon.

Uthaman Valathukadu welcomed the audience and Shaji Raghuvaran proposed the vote of thanks.
