Kuwait Cricket held Annual AGM; Herschelle Herman Gibbs Appointed as National Coach

South African cricket legend Herschelle Herman Gibbs took charge as the National Coach for Kuwait Cricket Men's team at the annual General Meeting of Kuwait Cricket held at Divaan Hall, Kuwait City.

Herschelle Gibbs was given a rousing welcome by the Board of Kuwait Cricket, Members and invited dignitaries during the event.

Gibbs will help prepare the Kuwait Men Squad for the upcoming ICC - International Cricket Council World Cup T20 Qualifiers.

During the annual meet, Kuwait Cricket elected Mr Sajid Ashraf as the new Director General of Kuwait Cricket (KC). Kuwait Cricket is the official governing body for the game of cricket in Kuwait. It is an associate member of the International Cricket Council and a full member of the Asian Cricket Council and affiliated to Kuwait Olympic Committee.

Earlier the Kuwait Cricket President Mr Haider Farman opened the Annual. Head of Executive Council Mahmood Bastaki, Directors Sajid Ashraf, Rishi D Jayan, Harshith vora, Robert D Souza, Sudhakar Shetty, Mehboob Khan, Naveen D Jayan etc attended the meet.
