MoH to go strict on employee finger print attendance

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has asked the Health Ministry to strictly comply with the directive to implement the fingerprint attendance system on all employees regardless of their positions or years in service.


According to local media report, the commission stipulates that the only exemptions to the rule are those with severe disabilities or moderate mental disability provided they submit a certificate from the Public Authority for Handicapped Affairs (PAHA) proving their condition hinders them from registering their attendance through the fingerprint system.
