Ranny St. Thomas College Alumni Association Kuwait Chapter bid Farewell to Rev. Fr. Kochumon Thomas

Goodbyes are never easy!! A farewell is not just about saying goodbye. Rather, it is about encouraging and giving your best wishes to someone on his/her new journey.
Ranny St. Thomas College Alumni Association Kuwait Chapter Executive members had given an emotional farewell on 13th April 2018 Friday to their Vice President and Vicar General of St.Peters Knanaya Church Rev. Fr. Kochumon Thomas who is leaving Kuwait after his official service in Kuwait.

The sendoff gathering which was organized in Eat’n Park Auditorium was enriched by the presence of executive committee members. The function with an atmosphere filled with emotions and sentiments was presided by one of the vice patron of the association Mr. Roy Kaithavana and General Secretary Mrs. Alice Varghese delivered welcome speech. Vice Patron Mr. C.M.Philip, Former Presidents Mr. Jiji Chaluparampil, Mr. Renji Varghese, Mr. Roy Varghese, executive member Mr. Shibu Pullampallil, Ex. Secretary Mr. Ani Stephen and for Ranny Pravasi Sangham Kuwait, its former President Mr. Varghese Kachanathu delivered felicitation speech. Everybody praised his selfless services, dedication on association activities and wished him a very best for his all future endeavor and a good health. The function was also supreme by the presence of founder member and former vice patron Mr. Jacob Mathew who was on a short visit in Kuwait. He also briefed about Rev. Fr. Kochumon Thomas involvement and contribution in the Ranny College Alumni Association in Kuwait

On behalf of the association, Treasurer Mr. Pradeep Jose presented a gift to Rev. Fr. Kochumon Thomas and wished him and his family all the very best.

Rev. Fr. Kochumon Thomas in his reply speech enumerated the importance of Ranny St. Thomas College Alumni Association Kuwait Chapter’s service to the community and its members. He then thanked all the members for their support and prayers. The program was concluded by vote of thanks proposed by joint secretary Mr.Tiju Abraham and Lunch was arranged for all the attendees.
