CIS-Kuwait conducted a one-day workshop on Comprehensive Leadership Development, named 'Aspire-2019’

CIS president Mahadeva Iyer, Advisory Committee member Krishna Kumar Paliyath spoke on the subject Mission and Vision at the inaugural session of the Workshop held at Chef Noushad Restaurant Auditorium Farwaniya moderated by CIS Gen-Secretary Sreejith Nair

Second session of 'Team Building' was spearheaded by Rajiv Menon corporate trainer in presence of CIS vice-president, Mahindra Pratapan

Social Activist and Writer Vibheesh Thikkodi led classes at the session “Leadership and Public Relations” followed. Chartered Accountant Sundararaman gave insights and directions in the topic Organizing – Organizer.

Many creative suggestions and comments were received at IDEA session emphasizing the opinion of the participants in the workshop. Sevadarshan president Sanju Raj addressed the concluding session.

Winners of CIS- Republic Day Essay Competition under Junior and Senior Category students were awarded with Certificates and prizes by chief Guest of Honour Mahesh Iyer – Principal Bhavan’s School Kuwait at a special ceremony held as part of workshop. Sudheer Menon welcomed the gathering with vote of Thanks delivered by Leena Teacher.

The workshop provided an excellent opportunity for the participants in gaining insights into various aspects of Organization, Team building, Leadership and Public Relations.

Sessions were informative and interactive in nature with ice-breakers, group discussions, practical skills and short lectures.

Feedback form was used to obtain feedback from Participants on the overall content, methodology and arrangements of the workshop.
