My Wintery Dream

It was a bitterly cold winter night. The dark clouds were covering the night skies. It was a wonderful sight outside my window. So, I decided to go for a walk to the nearby forest. While I was walking through the bushes, I heard a noise. I was a little scared, but still I was curious to know from where the sound came. Slowly I moved to the scene. Wow! It was amazing. There were cute little snowmen gathered in the snow cave. They were talking, dancing, and enjoying. The snow cave was lit with fireflies hovering around resembling a small campfire. Wonderful! The cave looked like a golden palace. I was excited and ran back home to describe this scene to my sister and explained everything to my family. My sister also wanted to see it, so both of us ran back again to the woods. As we reached there, I was really shocked. You know why? It was totally dark, and we couldn’t see any snowmen or cave. Suddenly I felt somebody patting me and I opened my eyes and found myself on my bed. My sister was calling me and asked me as to what happened because I was talking something loudly. Then I realized that it was just a dream. With a gentle smile I turned back and slept again.
