IDAK Activity Club Inaugurated with Sunrise Drive

The Indian Dentists' Alliance in Kuwait (IDAK) organized the first IDAK Activity Club event on March 1st. Members drove to the highest point in Kuwait, Mutla Ridge early in the morning to witness the beautiful sunrise over the Kuwait skyline. The drive was flagged off by IDAK Vice President, Dr. Roshila Mathew and Treasurer Dr. Srikanth Reddy. About 40 SUVs participated in the early morning drive which started at 4.00 am.



The fun filled event organised by the Event Management Committee of IDAK was the brain child of the new IDAK Council. Families enjoyed the group drive, cool weather, beautiful sunrise, hot snacks and live music organised by the Event Management Committee led by Dr. Aju Wilson and ably supported by Dr. Vinod Sam, Dr. Nithin Mathew, Dr. Sudhin Thomas, Dr. Rahul Puthalath, Dr. Anju Samuel and Dr. Reena Vinod.



President Dr. George P Alex said, such fun events help the members and their families to unwind from their busy professional life and help to build camaraderie and bonding among members in the association. General Secretary Dr. Jijan Sam Thomas congratulated the organising team and promised that the Council will continue to bring such innovative events which help the members mentally as well as physically. Joint Secretary Dr. Asheel Mohammed thanked all the members for their active participation in the event. 2nd Joint Secretary Dr. Amrita Geevarghese pointed out that the next highly anticipated event in IDAK calendar is the Volleyball & Throwball Tournament, which is the first event of IDAK - KDD Sports Championship 2024-25 and will be held at Argan Bedaya in Sabah Al-Salem on 8th March. She welcomed everyone to attend and support the players.
