Money Borrowing to Friend

Dear All,

I have given money to one of the friend of friend before some month ago.I have his civil id, passport copy and also signed and finger impression on Kambiyala paper.

Now a days his playing to return my money

So I would like to know what action can be taken by above documents.

Because I just hear that Kambiyala paper is powerful paper for legal action,

So I request to concern for advise me as soon as possible.

Infuture don't give money to any friend or relations peoples, accept mother father. Better for you.

After getting all the documents you are asking what action can be taken with the documents. Why you didn't get opinion from IIK before that ?? Now you are telling Kambiyala is very powerful. Then go ahead with full power. IIK has nothing do it. First of all none of the above documents are powerful in kuwait. you will also be in trouble if you go to police unless you have wasta. good luck with Kambiyala
