Hello everyone,
I recently registered in KSE and got Interview as my residence was going to finish in coming months. I thought I would explain the steps and issues I faced during online registration and submission.
Open website www.kseonline.org. Create a login id and password.
Once you login, Click on Submission option in the website and fill the details as asked in the webpage. Be careful about the below entries:
- While filling the name just enter your name as in the civil id and also enter the Arabic name correctly as it will create issues later.
- In the “university list”, if your college name is not there, you can select your university [in my case – KERALA UNIVERSITY” and you can give your college name in “ENGLISH FACULTY NAME” option below.
- There is an option “ENGLISH SUB PROFESSION NAME” which didn’t work for me because of which I couldn’t submit the application in the first time. So I had to go to KSE and enquire. But this is actually a bug in the website. In order to fix this issue, the option above “ARABIC PROFESSION NAME” must be filled first and then only “ENGLISH PROFESSION NAME”. If you fill “ENGLISH PROFESSION NAME” first, the bug will still remain.
- No need to enter the “COMPANY DETAILS”. You can leave it blank.
- In REVISION DATE option, you must select a date to get appointment for document submission. You can select a date and if its showing some warning in red color in Arabic, you must select another date until the warning comes in green color.
- Attach all the required documents like Civil id, Passport copies – front and back, residence page, work permit, Degree certificate, all mark sheets, Transfer certificate or conduct certificate from college.
Transfer certificate or conduct certificate is to prove your college name as in my Degree certificate only University name is mentioned [Kerala University]
All documents must in PNG format or else it would not upload.
- Once all documents are attached, you can save the submission.

Due to limitation of words in FORUM, i couldnt add this.
DOCUMENT SUBMISSION AT KSE
On your selected, REVISION DATE, visit KSE submission office with all the submitted documents photocopies and 2 photos and take a token for “APPOINTMENT OF PAPERS” and wait there.
Once you submit all the documents at the counter, they will make you sign a paper. Make sure you name is entered properly as I faced an issue. The person at the counter entered my name wrong and then I had to go to KSE office 2 times to fix it and which was really difficult.
Later keep checking the kseonline.org, FOLLOW REQUEST option.
If everything is OK, you will get a call from KSE personnel, informing whether you have an interview or exam.

This was my experience and it might be different for others. But I hope this might be helpful for someone.

Hi,

I tried to submit my application as per above steps. However still it is not allowing me to submit. Is it mandatory to submit online or are they accepting directly at KSE without online submission ?

@ Rental. I had interview. About Interview, I am Civil Engineer, so they asked some basics and some related to structural engineering, some i answered and some i couldnt. Then I explained them about my work and they asked questions based on it. So be confident about your work and what you do. Then I think it should be fine.

@TRK. No you cannot directly submit documents. They accept the documents only after online submission. If you still have issues doing online submission, take a screenshot of the issue and visit kse office and clarify with them. They will help you solve it or even better take laptop with you show them the issue directly.

@sha. Its better you go directly to KSE and clarify it as i remember some people standing there had the same issue.

1. I have created profile now I am trying to login on kseonline.org, my user id and password not accepted by website.
What i have to do.
2. When i am changing password i am getting link to change password after password change again same scenario.
3. Is any problem i have technician visa.

@Ajaz. If you are trying to login using phone, this issue might happen (also this might happen if you are translating the page). If no, since you were able to create your account, this might be an issue with website which you can clarify only by visiting KSE office. Take a token for help and clarify the issue with them.

Hi Everybody,
Just heard from one of my friend that KSE requires all mark sheets to be attested from india for the process of registration.Hence his Company is in the process of sending the mark sheets for attestation to india.
Did any one gone through these type of cases.please share information.

@HF1. I just submitted all documents including all my marksheets last month and they were not attested. They accepted it. I am not sure whether they changed the rule now.

I did my online submission and got a date. When i went there to submit all my documents, they told me that they also want certification on final year marksheets from:
1. Ministry of foreign affairs in India
2. Indian embassy in kuwait
3. Ministry of foreign affairs in Kuwait.

I have all of these on my graduation certificate, but now they also need it on final year marsheets.

Was this required when you submitted the documents?
I also want to know whether attestation is required only on 7th and 8th sem Marksheets or all the marksheets (Sem 1 to 8)?

Please guide me, as he called me again when the documents are ready.

About online submission of details required....
1) Are the entries in English or need Arabic too?
2) I am already a member of KSE. For renewal of membership and obtaining NOC is the procedure same?
3) Does the attestation on Marsheets required? Only final year or all the years?

@Ronald. I submitted all marksheets and a course completion certificate from my college but they were not attested. I did Btech from Kerala university.

But i have a friend who did Btech from JNU and for him, KSE asked to submit the attested consolidated marksheet.

I dont think the attestation is required for all marksheets but to be clear its better to visit KSE directly and confirm with them, which all marksheets must be attested as the rules keep changing.

@Anand. 1) Its compulsory to enter the details in English and arabic as informed by KSE staff. Sometimes some drop downs in the online submission page will work only when arabic is filled as explained in my Forum.
2) I dont have much idea about it as i did the submission in KSE for first time.
3) As far as I know the attestation might be required on the consolidated marksheet only and i dont think its required for all marksheets but to be clear its better to visit KSE directly and confirm with them, which all marksheets must be attested as the rules keep changing every now and then.

All the mark sheets / consolidated Mark sheet should have all the attestations similar to the original degree. This is for new registration. Even if experience is >25 years, no use.

I already have a KSE membership certificate which got expired in 2006. Will they still ask for attestation of documents followed by exam / interview ?

Just one small doubt.. whats mean by ''GF Name'' in the online form? (Appears at the first line)
I filled all. Just stucked on that.

@member. I am not sure about it, but when i was in KSE for submitting my papers, i met a guy who came for renewing KSE card but KSE people told him to attend interview. But other details i am not sure. I think it depends on the people mood or situation.

@Anand. It means Grand father name but you have to enter the name as its in your civil id (as told by KSE staff).

Thank you for the post.

I filled the application online as instructed in your post. But couldn''t find the place to upload the documents. I chose a date and green color appeared. Then I clicked ''SAVE AND UPLOAD DOCUMENTS'', but I got an Arabic page with a link to home page.

Could you please guide, from which option the certificates should be uploaded?.

Close the browser and open again. Login to your account.
Go to "Follow Request". You ll find blue color button "Action"
Click "Action"..You will find drop down menu for "edit documents" (You can also edit other details)
Here you can upload documents.

In ''Follow Requests'' there is no blue button ''Action''.
There is a button ''Apply new request for certificate evaluation''. But unfortunately it gives me a message ''You Don''t Register Your Information'' :(
Any help please? Do i fill the whole thing again?

It appears that your application was not saved. You should fill the application again.
You have to visit KSE office if above procedure doesn''t help.

I have paid the fees of interview on 23rd April to KSE(after verification of documents and online confirmation for the same), but still do not got call to attend the interview. My major is Electronics and residence is valid till Dec 2019. What may be the possible reasons for this delay?

@Jaity John - KSE usually sends Text Messages for Interviews.. so keep checking your messages.. Since you are Majors in Electrical, KSE schedules interview for Electrical, Chemical etc, less often, due to non availability of staffs for conducting interviews.. And Also its Eid now.. U might get a call within the next 7-10 days .

Its urgent...I just now visited the KSE website...its mentioned that i have to attend interview...when i click on submit request for interview, it takes me back to the home page
1. how do i come to know that my request has been submitted
2. do i have to go today to KSE to do payment for the interview
3. after payment at the cashier, where to go
4. after how many days will we get a call for the interview....
5. what are the ramadan timings...Is it open on Friday-Saturday?

@Inderjot Kaur - i can answer few of ur questions.
1.

3. After payment, the cashier will hand u a recipt.. take it and go to the interview section. (its opposite to the cashier section)
4. Interview calls can take 7-10 days, depending on the schedule.
5. KSE is open from Sunday - Thursday. Ramadan Timings : 10-12 in Monring & 9-1 in Night.

Hi!
I have submitted the documents and get checked by KSE. Now waiting for the call or text.
Things are same as mentioned by ''Arif''.
I have KSE membership. Still i have to go through the procedure mentioned. For some others who has membership, KSE checked their data on their computer and gave direct NOC. But for me it was the full procedure again. So it differs person to person.

Attestation on Final year year marklist is must. If not then KSE asks to sign self-declaration form mentioning that attested maklist will be shown in 3 months of time and KSE proceeds further procedure. So no issue here for delay.

Procedure varies from case to case. In my case I had uploaded docs in first week of march and still it was pending and not processed (status : complete the data) since there was no college ref letter. It took more than 1.5 months to come to know this fact. Then I uploaded the college letter too by April end.
After that in first week of may I was asked to get the Mark sheet attested. When I went again to submit the papers, knowing that undertaking is acceptable to start the procedure, I was asked to get the college letter also attested. Since the word "Govt" is missing from the college TC. Hope things settle soon :-)

I submitted my application online, visited KSE for document submission.
KSE accepted my documents but they faced error on computer therefore unable to print the document which I need to sign.
They told me to wait for their call because online issue needs to fixed. It has been over 10 days since, there is no call.
Has anyone faced similar issue?

On clicking the button , the entered data of the entire page is getting deleted. It is happening again & again. I TRIED FOR ATLEAST 20-25 TIMES IN PAST 4 DAYS.

Hi...Does anyone know if suppose they fail us in the 1st interview, will there be another interview or exam...if there will be an interview, are they asking same type of questions as in the 1st interview. What type of questions are they asking, in order to prepare for the interview?

Past two days certificate upload page not working, while upload and save time getting error (Runtime Error
Description: An exception occurred while processing your request. Additionally, another exception occurred while executing the custom error page for the first exception. The request has been terminated. ).

Any one facing similar issue or my profile only doing this..?

Did you get to know the reason why the status was marked "Refusal"?
What was the process you followed after that?
My college is in the NBA list but still my status shows " Refusal" .
Was your college in NBA list and if yes then what was the reason for the refusal.
