KSE registration in online

Hi guys,
I need your help.
This is the first time I''m visiting to Kuwait and I need to register in KSE. I have checked my college name in the NBA site( nbaind.org) and luckily it''s present and it come under Anna University. So, I submitted my consolidated mark sheet for attestation via agency.
Meanwhile I went to KSE and registered in online as I don''t have the civil ID, now I need to fill the personal data details in the site after login to the certificate evaluation.Here is my doubt.
1. What is the exact option I need to choose in the place of Engineer residence?
2.Housing Area ( Do I need to mention the Kuwait address?)
Coming to certification Data details:
1. What I need to enter in English certification name?
2. In University name , can I select Anna University as my college is not there?
3. What I need to enter in English Faculty Name?
Kindly advise me on the below things and also, what are the documents I need to scan and upload in the portal?
