Dear All, I am new to Kuwait and came here on 25th May 2019. My company was issued entry work visa (designation is engineer) vaild for two months as well as work permit. On 26th May 2019 I have submitted all my education documents to KSE and they''re refused my application due my course not in NBA. So I have requested my company to change my designation. They informed I have cancel my current entry work Visa by exit from Kuwait and further company will issue the new Visa with different designation and I have to do again GAMCA medical and visa stamping once again in India. I know that this process will take min 1 month time. Is this possible to change my visa and work permit designation without exit from Kuwait ? Please advise..

No dear, it can''t be.
Only option is if the designation is changed on your existing work permit based on all your documents then you can process your residence without going out but your company ppl need to work extra hard.
If not then, you need to go out but make sure about everything with your company ppl for the new visa and time.

Yes u can but it will be charges 600 Kd ok

Hi Sivam,

Please keep us posted about the issue. Have you found a way to solve it?

By the way how did you apply for KSE NOC without stamping your residency. My understanding is that you need to be a resident of Kuwait with valid Civil ID to apply for NOC.
