Yes madam, go to Choice Translator in Fahaheel near Grand Hyper or if you are near Farwaniya or Jleeb go to Classic Translator which is in Abbasiya. They will explain you that procedure. Your marriage certificate is in English they will translate in Arabic then you should go to Ministry of Foreign Affairs 5 KD Stamp with there attest then go to Ministry of Justice 2 and half dinar Stamp with their attest on Arabic Page. that''s it.

@rajeswari mitta, If you don''''t specify the purpose for which you need the translation, you will get such replies. because in most cases wherever you need translation, you need to get it attested as well..
however there is no special procedure for translation. Just visit any nearest typing centre ( who are authorised to translate) they will do it for you .

Hi Rajeswari,
The process is little tiring and need good time too . To start with if i am right you are wanting to get your original marriage certificate translated in Arabic attested from the Kuwait foreign affairs .
If this is the case then you have to first make sure that your original marriage certificate is first attested from all the respective embassies in India ( i hope you would be aware of that) . Now go to any typing center in Kuwait and get your marriage certificate translated in Arabic . After this process is completed then go to Indian embassy in Kuwait with your original marriage certificate and also the translated Arabic one too and get it attested first from them. They will charge you 8kd .
Now comes the tiring and time consuming task... With the attestation complete in the Indian embassy go to Kuwait foreign affairs and get a 5 Kd stamp on your original marriage certificate. Once done head straight to Min of Justice to get your Arabic marriage certificate attested. They will charge you 2kd stamp with seal .. remember please note here you also need to get the Mudir stamp / seal also on this paper.
Finally go again to Kuwait Foreign affairs and get a 5kd stamp on the arabic translated marriage certificate. This completes the whole process. ( this is must for newborn baby birth certificate collection) .
Timings: Min of justice Malaya - - 7:30 am to 12:30 noon Foreign affairs: 7am to 1 pm
Hope I have made it clear to you .. All the Best
Do carry all your original / photocopied documents to with you ( civil id, passport, marriage certificate)
