Visa Transfer

Hi
I am holding 18visa which was expired on 5-feb-2021.
I recently joined a new company on December last week and i received signed release paper from old company in January 1st week and i gave to new company.
Since shoon was close till January 3rd week they couldn''t start the transfer procedure.
Now what my hr is saying is that when they submitted the release paper in minstry, they are not accepting any papers and we need to make the transfer procedure through online. And my new company made the request through online to my old company.
The real problem for me now is the old company owner Kuwaiti is not answering any phone calls from me and new company hr people and he is not accepting the request from his side.
Please let me know what are the options do i have and how many days i habe to complete after the visa expiry.

Your old company file is closed in shoon, cannot do anything, thats why ur company kuwaiti not answering ur calls, tell ur old company to put extension for three months

Move out from your chair,
Go to your last company''s office and catch hold of respective ppl, either the kuwaity or the Mandoob or admin guys. Make your farmer co ppl and present company ppl communicate and let them do the needful.
Nobody else can help.
