as of now your stuff not enough to survey here.
your degree for official to stamp visa, not for Work.
without ref here very very lucky only get change to work IT due to much responsibilities for IT Head.
1st discuss/decide to allow JOB?it will make noise to your path

I think, you are not fit to work because you are not confident of yourself.
There is no problem seeking advice but one must seek advice from people whom they are working together or at least knowing you.
So, please try to build confidence then you can take the next step. That next step can however be small or big.

try for some normal job here... there is no use of what you said u know unless you worked before or some one can take u as trainee...... learn what kwt market needs.. apply for any job where u can or will get work .. maybe you need to just know word n excel... and learn arabic etc...here u need referral. also u cannot....work on visa 22. so you have to first see who will give u work and then transfer visa and if that is possible also

Computer and IT engineers are not well paid these days. I met some IT and CS engineers who are freshers (1, 2 yrs exp.) and they recently joined have been hired by IT Co. but most of them have a salary of less than 1000KD

At the outset, know yourself better. Write the subjects that you know better, get the current updates on those areas. If you feel anything lacks, get to know that better. If you can invest, do any short courses to bridge the gap. Finally set the goal. You have to design your path. Whatever the opinion that you gather from public forum, friends and relatives, don’t not take them as they are. Analyze and filter. Do all your home work properly, once you get down on the street in job hunt, go with full throttle. World is so small, you can track your job certainly. World is so beautiful and it has lot to offer. God bless.
A humble note for dear responders….let us always try to give positive replies, particularly one gentleman. Noticing, his replies are always very sharp and hurtful. Be light on us my dear brother.

Dear Life coach,
There are people who are "Yes" people. There are also others who are "No" people. In between lies those who are "real" people.
What is wrong in expressing the thoughts without mixing "sugar" while respecting the other person. Not always things are positive. Why not express it as it is.

Thanks for a good note. Of course under the sky, things that goes in a positive way and things that are yet to go in a positive way. As we are all human, truth can be said in a soft tone. The mode of communication may fade out the meaning/intention. Though everyone has their way of expression, it is always good to spread positive vibes.

@ life coach. That is toxic positivity. Why have that pressure to display emotions positively which is indeed dangerous. The best way is to display the truth the way it is. We are human and lets have a human experience instead of a fake one
Here the person ask to spit the truth. Yet why try to sugar coat it.
I believe you will agree to disagree me, yet positively.
