Jet will allow if you put in your luggage ( you can put when you receive it in belt and before hanover to Jet counter)but not allow in Hand bag. Secondly for Kochi flight no need to change terminal, It is also from same terminal just find your gate only.

If you want to buy liquor from duty free, dont choose Jet. You cannot buy.
They will allow only in luggage. But in practical, you will be packing teh luggage without any space from Kuwait itself and from Mumbai, it is practically impossible to buy bottles, open your packed luggage, put it safely in teh luggage and hand over teh luggage to jet airways counter.
So choose some other flight!

@Raj- You are making an assumption that everyone packs their bags full, which is incorrect.
The main constraint is time before the connecting flight. If it can be managed, there shouldn't be a problem.

Immigration takes an hour. You will not have time for anything. Avoid jet as much as possible. I know their rates are currently the best in the market but avoid the temptation.

I have traveled to Cochin one year back with Jet airways. From Kuwait to Bombay it was smooth. Excellent service. Once you land in Bombay everything changes.
Emigration took so long that we missed connection flight to Cochin. Jet counter staff at Bombay was not at all helpful They were rude in behavior. Jet arranged another connection flight late in the evening.
I will not recommend Jet unless you have no other option. Jet is not worth.

Once you reach Mumbai airport and do immigration you become domestic passenger.
Moreover you are not allowed to carry liquid in the hand bag more than 100 ml quantity. So the question of carrying 1 L liquor bottle in the hand bag does not arise at all.
However you can pack the bottles in the suitcase which will be put on the luggage belt. It is risky as the bottle may break due to mishandling.
