I purchased ticket online from citybooker.com in April 2018 and after I cancelled my ticket on 5th of June-2018 (due to leave not approved) . that time city booker promised to refund 50% but till now they didn't refund money by giving excuse of technical problem in Finance Department. Continue I am corresponding by email and phone call. they giving only false promise to refund my money soon. before they had one office in Fahaheel behind Kuwait Airways Office. I took the ticket of Kuwait Airlines. I inquired with Kuwait Airline they refunded already to city bookers. What I can do now please advise me if anyone of you experienced such issue. Can I complain in Poilce station. They are not refusing but I am sure they are not willing to refund bcz now its nine month passed. thanks in advance who ever can advise me.

@ Jolly Roger ji you are right. But still they no refuse to refund. And I realized now itself that they are not willing to refund. when I checked their Facebook page then I came to know that they are inoperative from 2017 but their website, telephone all are in service. Even call centre replying the call. that why I was waiting so long time.
