Procedures and documents required for newly born child ( Child Born in India) to convert Visit Visa into Family Residency Visa.

Hi,

My Daughter born in India, she is 2 months old now. I have got Visit VISA for her and sent it to India. Can anyone suggest me the procedure to convert her Visit VISA into Residencu once she is in Kuwait.
I have following documents already, if anything else is required plz suggest:
1. Me and my wife already have Valid Residency.
2. I m already fulfilling salary requirement of VISA.
3. I have Marriage certificate attested - from MOFA+ MOJ.
4. I already have Attested my daughter''s Birth Certificate (Issued from India) from MEA + Kuwait Embassy in India.

I heard that Vaccination Certificate (Issued in India) has to be attested from MEA + Kuwait Embassy in India, Is this procedure required? Please suggest.
Or is there anything else is required. Please let me know.

attestation not required on vaccination. rest all corerct.

1. First get attested your Baby birth certificate from Kuwait embassy in India & MEA and bring original than translate it to Arabic.
2. Go to choice center in Fahaheel with all your Kuwait documents as sponsor / Shun paper/Passport/Civil ID/Wife Passport copy.
3. Choice will prepare a Transfer Document form & proceed to Ahmadi Visa office.
4. Take token, Front desk they will verify your document & sign and send you to first floor (Egyptian person) from which you will get temporary Civil ID number.
5. Than, proceed for insurance & Medical done.
6. Than, take all this documents, front desk at visa office after verifying your Document send you inside to get residency (100KD)
Note: First proceed to choice center & meet Mr.Tahir, he will guide you. It will be simple when you initiated.
